We would like to say goodbye to our Winchesters restaurant here in the hotel for many years, and say hello to Angela's!

We have kept many of your Winchester's favorites—including items offered on the Copper Queen's original 1902 menu—and added a bit of Italian Flair with many pasta entrees that are sure to please your palate. Dishes like Ravioli Florentine, Pasta Pescatore and Chicken Parmesan.

Sausage scrambled with 2 eggs, hash browns, toast or tortilla

Two eggs cooked any style, hash browns, sausage or bacon*,

Warren Town Chicken Fried Steak
Certified Angus chuck strip steak, soaked in buttermilk, then smothered with gravy. Comes with 2 eggs, hash browns, toast or tortilla along with your choice
of coffee or tea.

Miner's 3 Egg Omelet
All omelets have cheddar and jack cheese. Choice of 2 fillings: green onions, olives, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers or sausage. Served with hash browns and choice of coffee or tea. (Available with egg whites only for additional charge)

Hungryman Griddle Cake Meal
We grill 3 huge griddle cakes topped with syrup and whipped butter.

Slow cooked pulled pork in our house barbeque sauce served on a roll.

Momma's Mango Chutney Chicken Salad Sandwich
Grilled chicken breast folded into a mixture of mango chutney, chopped celery
and almonds, served on a croissant.

Claim Jumper's Grilled Reuben Sandwich
Marble rye bread piled high with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese,
and Thousand Island dressing.

Wildcat Wrap
Turkey, bacon, mixed greens, shaved red onions, pepper jack cheese,

Shaved steak, caramelized onions grilled with cheddar/jack cheese,

Capicolla, Genoa salami and deli ham grilled with Monterey jack cheese
topped with spicy Italian mayo, shredded lettuce and sliced tomato served

Mango Chutney Chicken Salad
Chicken salad alongside fresh fruit cocktail and a choice of coleslaw or
cottage cheese. Served over a bed of fresh greens. A cool summer treat!

Grilled Salmon Salad
Grilled salmon filet on top a bed of baby spinach and your favorite dressing.

Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, tomato wedges, asiago cheese, cherry peppers and croutons
with caesar dressing on the side. Add grilled chicken for additional cost.

Mediterranean Salad
Crisp romaine, tossed with sundried tomatoes, capers, feta cheese, green and red onions and wedges of salami. Served with creamy balsamic dressing on the side.

Copper Queen Burger (1/3 lb)
Lean ground beef topped with your choice of sautéed mushrooms,
mild green chilies, grilled onions, bacon and pepper jack cheese. Our burgers

Breaded chicken breast seasoned and baked with Michael’s marinara sauce

Domaine Carneros Brut 1999 (Napa Valley)
Produced by the classic Champagne method, this is a superb
